From the friendly staff at arrival, the fabulous Portuguese decor and all the tiny details throughout the hotel, the comfort of the room, and the little gin bar. We absolutely loved our romantic stay. Breakfast was delicious as well. The rooftop bar is so charming, perfect for a drink at sunset, or after dinner.

The location is brilliant too, just at the doorstep of Príncipe Real and Rato, you are at a walking distance from all the highlights. I highly recommend this hotel Joana Beautiful hotel in great location.

Plenty of restaurant, bars and shops around. Marjut Everything, particularly the quirky fun like the gin, etc Sarah Marea Britanie Wonderfully designed rooms with huge windows, nice views and much light; great lobby for coworking, best breakfast very high qualitymost professional staff, amazing roof top terrace.

We were super happy about every aspect of this hotel and will certainly come back soon. A true 5 star experience but not as stiff as other luxus hotels, but more chilled and cool. Also notable were the other guests - mostly couples from their 30s to 50s.

Very cultured and calm. The room was large and so well furnished.

The welcome drink in the room was a lovely touch. The roof top bar was incredible delicious food and drinks and the view was amazing.

Overall a very happy customer. You will notice how clean the hotel is when just step in, and how much the staff care about your safety in the time of Covid Elsa if I remembered right and her colleagues made me feel so welcomed, with love and passion.

Loved everything about this place - from the tratamente vintage comune chic decor to the wonderful staff special shout out to Elsa and João who were so helpful and WhatsApped us lots of useful info! Perfect for a 3 night stay.
